Eternal Light School
Progress... Kamakhyaguri, N.India Global Fellowship recently helped fund the building of the first English school in a rural village of Northern India. The success of this school has been over whelming. Local missionary/churchplanters now have a place to send their children and the local Buddhist population has flocked to the school because of its reputation for high quality education. On the same token, the school is clearly and unashamedly presenting the gospel to these kids. And, because of the quality of the education the Buddhist parents are sending them anyway. Please pray that this school will continue to be a LIGHT amongst its neighbors and that its reach will not be limited to just the students. Recently I received this letter from the principal of the Eternal Light School. ...The first floors walls are done. Floor plaster is done to 70%. Outside plastering of wall is at 50%. Electrical wiring and sanitary fittings are not yet done. The coloring (paint) will be done last. The rest of office furniture and other equipment shall be done later. There are 108 students this year. 32
are in the hostel. All of them are doing well in their studies and in their
health too. We always pray for all of you in our daily morning and evening
devotions. All of the kids send their greetings and love to you all.
Sincerely, Moa Longkumer
